Jorge the owner of the company went out of his way to come out personally the next day and clean our carpets so we could move in on time. The “Carlos” team consisted of the most professional and thorough contractors I’ve ever worked with and would highly suggest using TBR and requesting them if you were looking for a similar duct cleaning. Our subzero fridge had been leaking slowly unknown to us for some weeks until we had water coming through our hardwood floors. The mold overgrowth was astounding and we lost many cabinets, drywall, back splash, and the such. I was a frantic mom unable to comprehend the devastation and health hazard. Justin was so professional, thorough , and very very informative. While I had no attachment to anything materialistic these nice two gentleman took apart my kitchen/home like it was porcelain. They were timely, efficient, and detailed. The treatment they used and the reassurance that they provided were astounding. I would no doubt recommend this company 100000x over. Recently, my grandparents had a massive flood in their apartment after a water main burst on the floor above them. Puroclean came and dealt with all the water damage and treated my grandparents incredibly well. Trevor and Justin were there from day one and always checked in with my grandparents and were very kind and courteous. Was hoping for a decent experience, ended up with an excellent experience. From the first call to the last they were prompt and courteous. Even had a final walk through with the owner that found a minor imperfection that I insisted wasn't an issue, he brought crew back out and completely redid the wall. Logan Long arrived so quickly after our upstairs neighbor’s home had a water leak that flooded a section of our home. He gave us worst case scenario cautions of weeks to repair if the water had seeped into the floor but was able to dry us out and get us back to normal in 4 days.
